Rules and Regulations

  1. Preserve this prospectus, and refer the same for rules and regulations. Further, to clear your doubts if any, contact in the office.
  2. Students should submit all original certificates with in three days of admission.
  3. Students must pay ou and exam fee at the time of admission only.
  4. Change in address or contact no., if any, should inform immediately.
  5. Preserve all the fee receipts, fee card & ID card till you complete the course and obtain the inter or degree certificates.
  6. Parents are advised to come to the college at least once in 15 days, to know about the attendance and performance of their wards and to discuss and resolve various issues pertaining to the progress fo their wards issues pertaining to the progress of their wards otherwise management is not responsible for any issues.
  7. It is compulsory for the students to have 75% of attendance to be eligible to appear for the final examinations as per BIE & OU rules.
  8. Fee once paid by the candidates will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
  9. Every candidate once admitted shall have to pay the fee for the whole year. If the candidate desires to discontinue the course and obtain the TC in the middle of the academic year or in subsequent years, has to pay the fee for the complete course.
  10. No separate information is sent for payment of II year fee or III year fee ( Inter / Degree ). Promotion from Ist year to II year or II year to III year(Inter/Degree) is automatic subject to registration of Exam Fee for 1st yr or 2nd year. Hence, they are required to pay II or III yr fee without waiting for the result.
  11. The principle may discontinue or cancel scholarships or any financial aid to a student on grounds of irregularity.
  12. Usage of Cell phones are strictly prohibited in the college premises.
